I'm looking for a gigabit PCI card which supports wake-on-lan and has good OS/2 drivers.
Any recomendations?

Wake-on-Lan is feature which allows to wake up (boot) a remote machine. This is done by sending a "magic packet" to the
remote machine. When the NIC receives this packet, it switches on the machine.

There are 2 ways. Your motherboard's BIOS should support ACPI-thing.
